Digital Products

All digital products, including ebooks and downloadable content, are non-refundable. Please ensure you have carefully considered your purchase before completing the transaction.

Consultation Sessions

Consultation sessions are fully refundable provided you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

To cancel your consultation session, please go to the Calendar section in your dashboard and cancel your appointment.
